Swivelt

Swivelt is a global employment infrastructure partner committed to simplifying work and enabling businesses to grow internationally. Founded by Eric Suzor, with over 25 years of global experience, Swivelt began by building and managing remote teams across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations. To enhance client experience, they developed iStrives, an AI-powered platform integrating hiring, onboarding, payroll, performance, and operations into one system for better control and scalability. As market needs evolved, Swivelt expanded its offerings to include Employer of Record (EoR), EoR+, and global payroll services, helping companies compliantly hire and manage teams worldwide.
