Cosmo Group - B2B Platform

Cosmo Group

Challenge: simplify the shopping experience. Cosmo Group, a leading beauty brand in the nail design industry, encompasses brands like Neonail, MYLAQ, and Neo. Their products are available in over 1,000 stores across Poland and in 40 countries worldwide. Recently, we collaborated with the Head of Development at Cosmo Group, who was facing challenges with their B2B platform for contractors. The key issues were how to streamline the ordering system and optimize online sales. Cosmo Group had been relying on a traditional ERP sales system, which allowed contractors access to the B2B platform, but many were reluctant to use it. At Sun Group, our task was to address this issue by creating a cohesive and user-friendly sales platform that would automate the sales and shipping processes. The new system aimed to resolve the problem of phone orders requiring manual promotion updates by employees, which hindered order processing and wasted resources, consequently limiting sales growth. We designed a fully automated system that streamlined these operations. At Sun Group, we possess the capabilities to develop a B2B platform with web access and integrated APIs with the client’s ERP, which was true for Cosmo Group as well. We created a platform linked to the client's system, enabling contractors to log in and access a personalized selection of products, pricing, and discounts. As a result, Cosmo Group not only established a consistent B2B sales system but also began reaping financial benefits. Since implementation, the system has processed transactions totaling tens of millions of PLN, a volume that would have incurred significant costs if handled via phone. Our solutions have greatly enhanced the user experience on the website, allowing the new B2B system to support hundreds of contractors, currently serving customers in five countries.

Artforma enters E-Commerce

Artforma is a leading producer of LED mirrors offering over 100 products for customers across Europe. Although the company has been established for 20 years, transitioning online represents a new challenge. An effective online store requires essential features such as a homepage, category pages, an intuitive search function, and well-structured product descriptions. However, to enhance the experience for both users and store managers, a broader perspective is needed. Artforma's key strength lies in the exceptional customization and configuration of its products. While a traditional approach might involve selecting from existing products, the ideal method is to allow customers to tailor the product to their specific needs. The online store is built around a configurator that enables customers to design a mirror according to their preferences and view a 3D representation before making a purchase. This configurator can create hundreds of thousands of product variations, and it connects seamlessly with the company’s CMS and the client's ERP system. The online store is synchronized with inventory and management systems, ensuring that order information is promptly sent to the manufacturer for processing. The payment process is straightforward and offers a variety of options. Additionally, customers can track their orders to see the current status of their purchase. The store is also linked to multiple price comparison engines, and just six months after its launch, sales doubled. The artforma.pl website attracts an average of 30,000 visitors each month, and due to this success in Poland, the company has expanded its online presence internationally. Currently, the store is accessible in 25 different languages.

Czytam.pl - famous online bookstore in Poland

Czytam.pl is one of the leading online bookstores in Poland, founded in 2005. It offers over 200,000 products across more than 870 categories and ships to 24 European countries. The store's owner, Wojciech Sterna, who also runs gryizabawki.pl and papierniczy.pl, approached us for a redesign of his websites to enhance their technical functionality. The main goal of the redesign for czytam.pl was to update the user experience (UX) to current standards, as the previous version was not user-friendly, particularly on mobile devices. Our client required expertise in rebuilding the online bookstore, and our contributions extended beyond just visual improvements. At Sun Group, we are capable of delivering a complete service from A to Z, especially in the technological realm. This time was no different; we implemented a modern site architecture and mechanisms that align with contemporary UX and CX standards. As a result, users now experience a significantly enhanced environment on the czytam.pl website, which is modern, intuitive, and efficient, designed with a mobile-first approach. In essence, czytam.pl has transformed into a more enjoyable reading platform. It has shown excellent performance in page-loading speed tests and, most importantly, provides robust data protection for customers. Users can purchase books online, which involves the exchange of data. Our solutions not only facilitate a smooth shopping experience but also ensure security. Additionally, we integrated the store with payment providers like Przelewy24 and included a GiftCard system, allowing customers to buy vouchers as gifts. This feature enables users to quickly order and receive books. Our collaboration with Czytam.pl continues, and we are actively developing more online services.
