Caribou Coffee®

StuntCoders collaborated with Caribou Coffee, a high-end coffeehouse chain under the Panera Brands umbrella. Renowned for their artisanal beverages and food offerings, Caribou Coffee also features seasonal items and a rewarding loyalty program called Caribou Perks. Our expertise contributed to enhancing their digital experience, making it as engaging as the atmosphere in their physical locations. Caribou Coffee faced several challenges within their complex digital landscape that demanded tailored solutions. They required a smooth integration with WorldPay as their payment processor, an extension of their current WooCommerce subscriptions for themed offerings, and a mechanism to upsell subscriptions via renewal emails. Furthermore, they aimed to allow customer logins using Google or Apple accounts, synchronize their Caribou Perks with WooCommerce coupon codes, and introduce a "bundle and save" feature. To address these challenges, we created a custom plugin for integrating WorldPay and another to enhance WooCommerce subscriptions for themed products. This implementation enabled Caribou Coffee to deliver various products to subscribers each month based on predefined criteria. We also incorporated upsell opportunities for subscriptions in renewal emails and enabled logging in through Google or Apple accounts. Caribou Perks were aligned with WooCommerce coupon codes, and we introduced a "bundle and save" feature to promote bulk purchases. Our efforts significantly improved Caribou Coffee's digital experience, closely aligning it with the brand's premium in-store offering. The custom plugins and extensions facilitated a smooth and enriched customer journey from payment processing to subscription management. Throughout the project, we ensured ongoing support by monitoring, testing, and implementing multiple minor improvements and fixes.

CAMP DAVID & SOCCX

CAMP DAVID and SOCCX are brands based in Germany that provide high-quality collections for both men and women. CAMP DAVID focuses on men's fashion with a unique style and quality, while SOCCX specializes in women's casual apparel. Both brands are recognized for their authentic lifestyle and detailed designs that set them apart. StuntCoders has partnered with CAMP DAVID and SOCCX for over five years, initially tasked with developing and managing their primary site on Oxid CMS. We also created an entirely new website for their subsidiary, HarlemSoul, and designed a complete B2B platform using Magento and RubyOnRails to support all their brands. Challenges faced included the need for a dependable partner for maintaining their Oxid CMS site and developing a new site for HarlemSoul, as well as the creation of an all-inclusive B2B platform. StuntCoders has consistently been that reliable partner, taking care of their Oxid CMS website and building HarlemSoul's new site, along with developing a comprehensive B2B platform for their various brands. The outcome is a strong and versatile online ecosystem that fulfills CAMP DAVID and SOCCX's intricate needs.
