RVRSL Records | Reintroducing RVRSL

RVRSL Records

RVRSL Records, an independent label from South London recognized for its 140bpm dubstep sound, decided to rebrand in celebration of its 10th anniversary. Initially established by dubstep pioneer LOST, the label has become a significant figure in the UK underground music scene. In its rebranding efforts, RVRSL aimed to reflect its gritty, Y2K-inspired origins while attracting a younger audience. We developed a new RR monogram logo that captures the raw energy of the early dubstep period and created engaging animations for social media, audiovisual projects, and live events. A successful teaser campaign and a relaunch video helped to refresh the brand, boosting its recognition within the community and garnering notable support from artists like Skream. The rebranding received widespread praise, with new releases resonating with fans and industry leaders alike. Our collaboration continues as we guide RVRSL’s creative vision, encompassing merchandise, artwork, and upcoming events, ushering in an exciting new era.

The British Toy & Hobby Association

Our efforts to rebrand BTHA started with a comprehensive brand audit that evaluated the current visual identity and communications. We then held discovery workshops with BTHA committee members to align the brand with inclusivity, ensuring it represented individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups. By understanding BTHA's fundamental values and mission, we concentrated on creating a strong core messaging framework and brand voice. Two taglines were developed to serve as the foundation of BTHA's identity. Our objective was to modernize BTHA's brand identity and effectively convey its values to all stakeholders, marking the beginning of a new period of relevance and growth for the association.

Jacob Banks | Various

Nobody Records/Universal Music France

We had the honor of teaming up with artist Jacob Banks on two significant creative initiatives: the album "Lies About the War" and the follow-up event "Lies About the Tour." For the album, we collaborated closely with Banks and his team to create striking artwork that embodied the spirit of his soulful music. This included a 12" vinyl cover, a gatefold CD cover, and an animated version of the artwork for streaming services such as Apple Music and Spotify, all designed to enhance the listening experience. After the album's success, our collaboration continued with the "Lies About the Tour," a worldwide concert series that covered four continents and nearly 50 performances. We transformed the album's visual identity into an engaging, immersive live experience that resonated with global audiences. As part of this initiative, we also revamped Jacob Banks' website to simplify the booking process, allowing customers to filter shows by region and improving the overall user experience to increase ticket sales. Moreover, we added a detailed section showcasing Banks' discography and incorporated his online store in partnership with Warner Music.
