BACKGROUND: Introduce your business and your role. I serve as the CMO and co-founder of a precision agriculture firm. OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE: What issues were you aiming to solve with Structure? We sought assistance in completely revamping our website and creating a tailored marketing strategy. SOLUTION: What was the extent of their involvement? Our initial collaboration with Structure focused on defining our marketing strategy. We also partnered with them to clarify our mission, vision, and objectives. The following step was to redesign our website to align with our new strategy. We discarded our old site and they crafted an entirely new one using WordPress, including graphics and text. Presently, Structure is producing videos for us and conducting photoshoots at our location. What is the team structure? We collaborate with Simon (Principal), who leads the project. How did you come to partner with Structure? They were referred to us by another business owner who had a positive experience with them. We were impressed with their previous projects, and after our interviews, we felt that Structure would be a great fit for us. What has been your financial investment with them? We have invested between $10,000 and $15,000. What is the current status of this partnership? We began working together in June 2019, and it remains ongoing. RESULTS & FEEDBACK: What evidence can you provide to demonstrate the impact of this partnership? Since launching our website, we have observed a notable increase in our Google Analytics metrics. Our site ranks higher in search results, leading to more people discovering us. We've even received calls from customers who found us through a basic Google search. Overall, our visibility has significantly improved. How has Structure performed in terms of project management? They excel in managing projects; their team produces thorough, detailed plans with measurable objectives and precise budget guidelines. For communication, we hold weekly meetings via Google Meet and engage in small discussions on Slack. We also utilize Google Drive for document sharing and Asana for managing tasks. What has impressed you most about them? I’m particularly impressed with their design expertise. Moreover, the team operates with integrity, dedicated to maximizing their performance. Are there areas for improvement? I can’t pinpoint any major criticisms of the team; I am quite satisfied with their work. Do you have any advice for prospective clients?
