Achieving a ROAS of 13 for Seagreen Boutiques

**Project Overview** Seagreen is a women’s fashion boutique located in Ireland, renowned nationwide. They operate two physical stores in Monkstown and Ranelagh, in addition to an online shopping platform. During the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020/21, they experienced significant online growth, which prompted them to aim to sustain this level of online revenue upon reopening. To boost their online sales, Seagreen collaborated with Strike Digital to enhance advertising efforts on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. **Project Execution** After reviewing Seagreen’s advertising accounts across different channels, we identified numerous areas for improvement regarding creatives, copy, and campaign goals used previously. We presented these insights to the Seagreen team and requested creatives centered around their best-selling brands, Anine Bing and Veja. Based on our experience, we understood that promoting these well-known brands would increase site traffic, enhancing our chances of converting visitors through future retargeting campaigns featuring Seagreen’s entire collection. Once the ad copy was finalized, we rolled out our campaigns across Ireland on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. **Results** In 2022, we achieved a return on advertising spend (ROAS) of 13, generating over €400,000 in online revenue from an investment of €30,000. On Google alone, we attained a ROAS of over 18, with nearly €300,000 in sales attributed to the platform.

Increasing Revenue for Paul Sheeran Jewellers

**Project Overview** We approached Paul Sheeran Jewellers with a strategy to enhance their in-store engagement ring appointments and boost online sales of luxury watches. The PS team appreciated our proposal, prompting Strike Digital to begin developing campaigns with targeted calls to action aimed at increasing revenue across the various luxury sectors they serve. **Project Execution** We focused on promoting exclusive luxury watch brands such as TUDOR, IWC, and others, following the schedules provided by both the brands and PS. Additionally, we collaborated with PS's marketing team to select the most suitable images for engagement rings and launched campaigns encouraging appointment bookings. Given the exceptional skills of their in-house goldsmiths, we aimed to highlight their customization capabilities by showcasing a recent ring design. For both watch sales and engagement ring appointments, we deployed ads on Facebook, Google, and Instagram, utilizing niche targeting for acquisition and a comprehensive retargeting audience. **Results** While specific results are confidential due to an NDA, we have seen a notable increase in website sales since our partnership, and engagement ring appointments reached their highest numbers that year just one month after our campaigns began. Furthermore, we have raised awareness for the new luxury watch boutique center set to open on Grafton Street in November 2022. The center will feature six individual boutiques, a first for luxury watch brands in Ireland, including Cartier, Breitling, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, and TAG Heuer, all of which will be promoted by Strike Digital across digital platforms in Ireland.

**Project Overview** NorBlack NorWhite emerged from a desire to honor the past, critically assess the present, and envision the future. It has organically developed into a cultural platform that delves into the nuanced aspects of culture, consistently prioritizing the voices and artistry of women and independent POC long before these issues gained widespread attention. NBNW collaborated with Strike to enhance their monthly revenue, increase email signups, and achieve a specific return on ad spend (ROAS). **Project Execution** After reviewing NBNW’s previous campaigns and leveraging our expertise from scaling similar brands, we identified opportunities for growth in audience targeting, creative content, and campaign objectives within Facebook, Google, and TikTok ad managers. We proposed a campaign structure to the NBNW team, who approved it, provided their creative materials, and we executed the designed marketing funnel. The campaigns targeted audiences in both the USA and Australia, helping NBNW to connect with new customer segments while encouraging previous buyers to make repeat purchases through engaging messaging. **Results** In the first month of the Strike Digital campaigns, NBNW achieved its highest online revenue since its inception a decade ago. We doubled their monthly revenue, and with our Klaviyo pop-up forms, their email sign-up rates surged from 0.80% to over 6%. Additionally, their Instagram following saw significant growth, increasing from 72k to 100k in just four months of collaboration.
