Founded out of a basic frustration, Sympal emerged from the dissatisfaction that many engineering agencies prioritized the size of their retainers over the quality of their outcomes. Launched in 2019 with a team of three engineers, we established a core principle: only take on projects where success can be clearly defined beforehand. We are Sympal, established in Ontario in 2019. Disappointed with agencies that prioritize retainers, three engineers committed to a principle: to only accept work with a clear success metric.
