Founded out of a basic frustration, Sympal emerged from the dissatisfaction that many engineering agencies prioritized the size of their retainers over the quality of their outcomes. Launched in 2019 with a team of three engineers, we established a core principle: only take on projects where success can be clearly defined beforehand. We've successfully worked in four areas—full-stack development, AI, data, and IoT—while consistently adhering to this principle.
