We addressed this issue by developing a mobile app. Here’s how the app has improved the situation: users can easily search for tiles without having to sift through a catalog. A filter feature allows them to look for specific tile details, such as dimensions or price. Additionally, users can compile a list of tiles they wish to purchase, with three different options to add to their cart: boxes, yards, or meters, allowing them to order in their preferred unit. The app was developed in just 37 days after the designs and prototypes were finalized.
