Apruve Brand Evolution

Apruve

Apruve is transforming the way businesses engage in transactions. However, despite the groundbreaking nature of their FinTech platform, customers struggled to grasp its significance. Additionally, the brand's visual identity, which included cartoon-like monsters, did not resonate well with discerning CFOs and controllers. Speak! led Apruve through a six-week brand revitalization process that resulted in a clearer brand narrative. We defined the brand's mission with the impactful phrase: Making Accounts Receivable Obsolete. Following this, we communicated the company's story through a streamlined and minimalist visual identity.

ProKarma Brand Reinvention

When ProKarma reached out to Speak!, the IT solutions company was experiencing an identity crisis. Besides the leadership team, few employees were able to articulate what ProKarma represented. The company was largely unknown to the outside world, and those who did recognize it mainly saw it as a staffing agency. Visually, the ProKarma logo, branding, and website did not accurately reflect a company aiming to be seen as a leader in technology. Our objective was to alter the market's perception of ProKarma by combining effective positioning and messaging with an engaging design experience. Our discovery phase involved conducting a brand workshop with over 120 sales employees during the company's annual sales conference, as well as one-on-one interviews with leaders throughout the organization. We used these insights to develop a brand opportunity report with suggestions for repositioning the company for accelerated growth in the future.

Dell Technologies OEM Brand Strategy

The OEM Embedded and Edge Solutions division is the design sector of Dell Technologies, tasked with adapting and re-engineering standard Dell infrastructure to fulfill complex industrial demands for OEMs across sectors like manufacturing, marine, defense, and telecommunications. When they approached Speak!, the messaging for the OEM Embedded and Edge group was mired in complicated terminology and lacked distinction from the main Dell brand. Our efforts focused on repositioning the division as a catalyst for change by transforming their communication style to prioritize benefits rather than technicalities and to utilize everyday language instead of jargon. We structured the messaging around three key value pillars: Innovate Fast, Build Bold, and Scale Smart. We then brought this narrative to life with the creative campaign "For The Futuremakers," which positioned customers as champions in their fields. By crafting a new brand story that modernized their 20-year legacy into something inspirational and forward-looking, we enabled Dell Technologies to resonate with audiences on a deeper emotional level.
