**Context** Since 2014, researchers have noted an increasing number of employees in the UK facing serious financial challenges. To address this, forward-thinking employers began exploring ways to assist their employees in avoiding financial hardship. **Challenge** The client’s stakeholders aimed to provide dedicated workers with access to fair financial options. To actualize this vision, the client sought a robust technical partner capable of handling product development from the ground up, as well as directing the overall technological strategy. **Solution** Collaborating closely with the client’s core stakeholders, we created Neyber, an online platform focused on employee financial well-being. Our CEO, Alexey Nayda, led this initiative as the Head of Development for five years, overseeing two technical teams from Neyber and Sparkybit. Our responsibilities encompassed product development, technical strategy, team growth, and related processes. **Outputs** We are proud that Neyber has secured a total of £145 million in investments across five rounds, establishing itself as the leading financial well-being provider in the UK while remaining committed to its mission of supporting the financial health of UK employees. Broker Portal development for UK FinTech Leader

LendInvest

LendInvest, the leading property finance platform in the UK, has lent over £3 billion in mortgages since its inception in 2008 and has contributed to the availability of thousands of new or improved homes in the UK housing market. Their mission is to simplify property finance. The development and launch of the LendInvest Broker Portal targeted brokers and borrowers, who represent their main audience. The Buy-to-Let process plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience for these clients. Previously, brokers and borrowers faced a lengthy and bureaucratic process. LendInvest envisioned a digital transformation. Sparkybit provided skilled Salesforce engineers, administrators, and QA professionals to create and implement the essential CRM workflows for evaluating mortgage applications and making lending decisions. The project also included migrating to a fully cloud-based data platform, enhancing data orchestration and analytics, and ensuring a user-friendly interface. The result was the Broker Portal, a digital solution that streamlined the mortgage application process for all users. It allowed brokers to submit bridging inquiries and applications directly into Salesforce electronically. Additionally, borrowers gained access to automated and semi-automated application processes, which reduced effort and increased transparency for each request. Since the portal's introduction, applying for and managing deals through the Salesforce end-user interface has become significantly easier. Automation has eliminated needless and time-consuming manual verification steps that involved internal communication for application-related information. With the Broker Portal now operational, time previously spent on customer communication is better utilized for relationship building rather than handling paperwork and bureaucratic tasks.

For many years, Salesforce has served as the backbone of LendInvest's customer relationship management. With the vast amount of data managed through Salesforce, LendInvest's leadership sought a dependable partner to help enhance their Salesforce capabilities. They needed a team adept at grasping complex requirements, designing solution architectures, and ultimately developing and implementing innovative digital solutions to address pressing market demands. This led to a collaboration with Sparkybit. Given the integral role of Salesforce in their strategy, LendInvest's teams generated a wealth of ideas aimed at maximizing value throughout the customer journey. Initially, Sparkybit's engineers worked on an ad-hoc basis, customizing basic workflows, integrating specialized services, adding features, and routinely assessing system performance to ensure smooth operation. This agile approach provided a significant operational edge, enabling quick responses to end-user needs, which is crucial for maintaining strong customer relationships.
