Spark X

Spark X is creating a global platform for qualified full-time remote developers. We connect you with top-tier candidates from around the world, ensuring that every individual we hire has undergone rigorous testing to meet high standards in communication, personality, and technical skills. You can expand your capacity for projects, whether short- or long-term, by utilizing skilled developers who are proficient in over 100 technologies, including React, Vue, Angular, React Native, Flutter, Node.js, Python, Django, TypeScript, PHP, Laravel, and JavaScript. Who is the ideal client? Primarily, we serve Series A and B startups that have a minimum viable product (MVP) and a small team, and are currently experiencing rapid growth after recent funding. We also cater to medium-sized businesses that have established processes and are looking to expand their development teams. How quickly can you get started? We can connect you with the right developer in a matter of days, not months. You will receive as many relevant pre-vetted candidates as you need, and you will always have the final say in the selection process. Does Spark X handle project management? While Spark X is always available to provide support and guidance to both developers and clients, we do not manage the projects in the way a traditional agency would. What are the costs associated with hiring through Spark X? Hourly rates typically range from $25.00 to $40.00, depending on the developer's experience, skills, and seniority. Do the developers speak English? Yes, all of our developers are fluent in English and possess strong communication skills, which are essential criteria during our hiring process for top engineers.
