IT Outstaffing for Project Managers and Analysts involved executing projects aimed at enhancing and transforming substantial retail IT systems. This included Planning and Economic Reporting (PEO), showcasing leftover inventory from ERP systems, ensuring Planogram Availability (OSA), and developing, implementing, and enhancing Electronic Document Management (EDI). Additional tasks included automating cash settlement processes within the retail network, optimizing and automating inventory management, and integrating with 3PL operators. Projects also encompassed the development of a Shift Exchange service and an audit and transformation of the client's HR and payroll functions.
