Our client, an outsourcing firm based in Israel, recently secured a significant contract. As part of the agreement, they faced a tight deadline for recruitment and encountered challenges in attracting new local talent. In urgent need of resources, they reached out to SourceTER for assistance in rapidly expanding their engineering team by 10 full-time employees and sourcing candidates from the Ukrainian market.

AI-powered Chatbot

Unknown

The client sought a chatbot that could comprehend and address a variety of customer questions, such as those concerning products, orders, and returns. It was essential for the chatbot to integrate smoothly with the client’s current customer support systems, ensuring a user-friendly experience. To meet this requirement, our team created an AI-driven chatbot that employed natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to effectively interpret and respond to customer queries. This chatbot was specifically equipped to manage typical inquiries about products, orders, and returns, while also having the capability to direct more complex issues to the relevant support personnel. We ensured the chatbot's integration with the client's existing customer support systems for a cohesive user experience.

Online Fitness Courses

Unknown

**Challenge**: Our client had an online platform for fitness courses and identified the need to broaden their offerings by creating a mobile app that would enable users to access their services while on the move. They sought out SourceTER to develop a tailored mobile application that would integrate smoothly with their current online platform. The client required a technical partner skilled in mobile app development who could provide various features to cater to their users' needs, such as workout tracking, scheduling, and progress monitoring. They also wanted to incorporate new features like social integration and gamification to further enhance user engagement. **Solution**: Our mobile app development team and UI/UX designers collaborated closely with the client to create a mobile application that fulfilled their specific needs. The app was designed to integrate smoothly with the client’s existing online platform, allowing users to access their courses, track workouts, and monitor their progress while on the go. We also included social integration features so users could connect with friends, share their accomplishments, and join challenges. Additionally, gamification elements were introduced to boost user engagement and motivation.
