Parcel SafePlace

Parcel SafePlace offers an entirely automated solution for parcel storage. The facilities are monitored by CCTV and provide convenient 24/7 access, along with customizable notification options through email and SMS. To facilitate the management of parcel rooms, Parcel SafePlace needed a streamlined and user-friendly tablet app that connects to a web application via API, serving both clients and Parcel SafePlace. We developed a new tablet app using the cross-platform language Xamarin, ensuring its compatibility with both Android and Apple devices for future resilience. The web application delivers a cloud-based management system for administrators and managers to oversee the parcel rooms remotely through an API. Administrators can swiftly create and manage new managers, locations, and couriers, as well as track activities through the mobile app. Managers can monitor the parcel rooms more efficiently, reducing their daily responsibilities while generating detailed activity reports. End-users receive automatic notifications about their parcels, providing a smooth experience from beginning to end.

Bespoke cloud-based software system

Xperience

Xperience is a prominent IT support provider with a growing range of services that needed an effective cloud-based Product Information Management (PIM) system for internal use. SourceCodeStudio collaborated with Xperience to identify their requirements and determined that a customized cloud software solution would best meet their needs.
