Enhancing trust in eCommerce in South-Eastern Europe to promote cross-border interactions. The challenge is to boost consumer confidence in e-commerce by developing sustainable business solutions that are both acceptable to consumers and feasible for companies. GIZ, which has over 50 years of experience in international cooperation for sustainable development and education, collaborates with businesses, civil society, and research institutions to promote effective cooperation between development policies and other sectors. Their primary client is the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). GIZ enlisted Solveo’s assistance to bolster eCommerce trust in South-Eastern Europe, facilitating greater cross-border participation through the organization of the 12th lab of tomorrow. This initiative unfolded over 9 months and comprised three key phases: 1. The Understand Phase (January to April), 2. The Innovative Phase (May), and 3. The Incubator Phase (June to September). Voyagio

Product-market fit for a ride-sharing platform in the Balkans. Challenge: Achieving product-market fit for a ride-sharing service in the Balkans. Outcome: Feedback from potential users across five countries provided insights on product development and features that would attract them to Voyagio. Founded in 2018 by a team of product engineers at Kennedy Technology, Voyagio was created by one of the employees who wanted to test the platform’s viability for an imminent launch. They recognized the importance of gathering user feedback before proceeding. The Voyagio team engaged us to assess the market fit for their product and enhance the platform's UI/UX. At the time we began collaborating with Voyagio, the platform was nearly complete, while Kennedy Technology focused on finalizing it and we initiated market research. Our exploration of ride-sharing in the Balkans prompted reflection, leading us to hypothesize that locals might not be ready for such a service. Due to the limited availability of ride-sharing applications in the region, individuals often relied on Facebook groups to coordinate rides. Although most of these groups facilitated transportation within the same country, we found that many members were keen to share rides with people they had met online. Additionally, we investigated B2B carpool applications, which could appeal to employees of large companies in urban industrial areas. Following our research and website audit, we moved into the testing phase, and both our clients and we were satisfied with the results from each stage. Ultimately, we concluded our project by outlining the next steps for the potential product launch. Go-to-market strategy for an API management platform Phase: Growth Services: Product launch, Strategy Industry: Tech/SaaS Challenge: Introduce the product to the market, generate awareness, and acquire initial users. Outcome: Achieved 2,500 active users within 8 months. The conception of Treblle began in 2017 when the team frequently created custom logging tools to troubleshoot various API edge cases. With numerous projects at hand, they dedicated most of their time to providing support and resolving issues. This led to the idea of monitoring API requests in real-time, resulting in the development of their first PHP SDK (software developer kit) for Treblle. In June 2021, during the WebSummit event, they established a connection with Nauta Capital, which later became their primary investor with a $1.4 million seed investment. Once the funding was secured, the team partnered with Solveo to enhance product visibility and develop a market launch strategy. The project was structured into three phases: 1. Pre-Launch Phase 2.
