First step to selling industrial robots online

T.I.E. Industrial

Preparing to sell industrial robots online We recognize that selling robots online is achievable for robots.com. While that's our ultimate goal, we currently focus on an initial step. Our primary objective is to familiarize customers with the technical specifications of these products on robots.com. As part of this initial phase, we revamped the website to help customers navigate and comprehend the intricate details of industrial robots in a digital setting. Practical design and careful planning This initiative began with detailed planning regarding the necessary content and data, as well as how customers should interact with them. We aimed for a website design that facilitates user interaction while minimizing obstacles to learning about the products. As a result, we developed a backend that enables the client to easily manage product details and allows customers to review data and even create comparison charts for informed decision-making. Immediate increase in leads after launch Just a few months following the launch, we observed a significant rise in leads. Customer feedback indicates that they are grasping the product information well. Once they engage with the sales team, it becomes evident that they have already advanced through much of the decision-making process.

A composable approach to an urgent need

Kirei creates and produces a diverse range of sustainable, customizable acoustic solutions for designers, architects, contractors, and end-users in commercial settings. They required a new set of product pages to be developed and launched rapidly due to the swift introduction of a new product line. The website and user experience also needed to be prepared quickly to align with Kirei's business objectives. To fulfill this urgent requirement, Solspace designed, built, and launched a completely new section for the product line's website in just five weeks. Having partnered with Kirei since early 2022, Solspace is well-acquainted with the client’s brand and priorities, which enabled us to execute Kirei’s plan swiftly and accurately. While we had already started working on a comprehensive site redesign, it would have been imprudent to merge this significant product launch into that project. From our experience, we recognized that the more effective approach was to focus on creating an exceptional new product section first, and then thoughtfully incorporate new design elements and methods later in the full site redesign process with the client's input. Additionally, the company had planned budget allocations for the full site rebuild at a later date. Solspace is committed to aligning with our clients' business objectives as well as their website aspirations. When an organization is not in a budget cycle that accommodates significant digital investments, we can adapt our deliverables to suit their current situation.
