About the Team
OUR STORY
Soitron's journey began three decades ago when four passionate IT enthusiasts, including Ondrej Smolár who remains active in leadership, founded Tronet Company. Their expertise and client-focused innovation set the foundation for success. In 2003, a joint venture with Spain's Soitsa SA led to Soitron's creation. By 2005, after reacquiring shares from its Spanish partner, Soitron emerged as Slovakia's leading system integrator and IT outsourcing provider. Embracing continuous improvement and valuing fair partnerships, the company fosters both professional excellence and employee well-being. Under the inspiration of leaders like Marián Skákala, Soitron expanded across Europe with subsidiaries in seven countries, pioneering cutting-edge solutions in infrastructure, communication, security, and IT services. Prestigious global partnerships further affirm Soitron's commitment and expertise, ensuring competitive advantages for its clients.
