Client Servier is the largest pharmaceutical company in France and ranks 34th globally. The client aimed to integrate the medical community and enhance their skills through sharing knowledge and experiences. This was initially pursued through webinars, but the earlier solution had several limitations that hindered its functionality and adversely impacted user experience. Therefore, the client sought our assistance in developing a robust platform for streaming and storing webinars. The primary challenge of the project was to create a platform tailored to users' needs, with a significant emphasis on usability to ensure that people would engage with it willingly. We identified the target audience and analyzed their requirements, allowing us to design the user interface experience effectively from the outset. Additionally, we aimed to provide a solution capable of handling extensive data storage, particularly in Google Analytics, to deliver accurate and reliable statistical insights. Delivered Solutions: Website: https://pharmawebinars.pl 1. The platform supports both streaming and storing webinars, integrated with an external player for streaming functionality. 2. A content management system (CMS) was implemented to facilitate content management, allowing the admin to create, edit, and publish medical streams. The CMS also enables the generation of detailed reports in PDF or Excel formats. Technical Choices: The web application was developed as a Single Page Application (SPA) to ensure optimal performance and streamlined development. The back-end is built on PHP, specifically using the Laravel framework, while the front-end utilizes nuxt.js. The user interface was designed to be user-friendly, allowing easy navigation from all subpages to the main objectives, with an emphasis on intuitive design to eliminate confusion and misinterpretation regarding its functionality.

Mobile app for blood donors

RCKiK Katowice

The activities of RCKiK Katowice encompass supplying blood and its components to more than 140 hospitals and clinics across the Silesian Voivodeship in Poland. Each day, the center delivers between 200 and 250 liters of blood to hospitals' blood banks. Over its 70-plus years of operation, blood has been collected from more than 5 million donors. To address the challenge, the client needed an application that would simplify and enhance the accessibility of blood donations, with the aim of increasing the volume of blood donated. Understanding the significance of this initiative, we recognized our responsibility to provide a crucial tool, not only from a business standpoint but primarily for its potential to save lives. The Bliscy Krewni app has been tailored to meet user needs based on insights gathered during workshops and is continuously refined through user feedback via a dedicated help desk addressing issues and collecting data for future enhancements. Key features of the app include a connection to the RCKiK database and a personal activity log, a blood donation schedule with reminders for upcoming donations, a locator for the nearest blood donation sites, an important events calendar, and the opportunity for users to receive discount coupons for partner restaurants. The client has made significant strides in connecting with its audience by offering a readily accessible solution whenever needed. There has been an increase in engagement among blood donors, with users sharing their experiences and insights through social media, expressing feelings of being recognized and valued for their contributions. The 'Bliscy Krewni' application, along with other products and services developed through this collaboration, has played a vital role in enhancing blood donation rates.

The client lacked a website, which made it vital for them to connect with consumers effectively and thoughtfully. One of the main goals was to assist clients in selecting a suitable diet, ensuring they received comprehensive information about the dietary options and their benefits. Additionally, search engine optimization (SEO) was a key requirement; the website needed to be friendly for search engines. Given the nature of their B2C business, the site had to compel customers to make quick purchase decisions. Therefore, optimizing for the brief attention span potential customers devote to browsing the offerings was crucial. We developed a website featuring a Jamstack front-end supported by a WordPress backend. This configuration allows the client to leverage the advantages of JAMstack while maintaining content management through WordPress. We utilized JAMstack to facilitate effective B2C e-commerce solutions, where consumer decision-making is rapid and often impulsive, necessitating quick page load times.
