Due to the presence of various independent operators in the industry, a multi-tenant platform with a centralized management and reporting interface was essential. **Client Overview:** Deutsche Telekom is Europe's largest operator group and stands as one of the leading integrated telecommunications companies globally. **Main Challenges:** This ambitious and intricate roaming project necessitated significant custom development. Effective project management was vital for scheduling the release of functionalities and software updates, as well as adhering to set deadlines. Our team prioritized facilitating the onboarding process for client specialists, ensuring they felt at ease with our solutions and could utilize them effectively. **Implementation Phases:** The implementation was structured into two phases. Phase 1 involved the creation and launch of a multi-tenant Amplitiv Steering of Roaming platform, which included OTA steering and signaling steering. This enhanced the accuracy and effectiveness of achieving business objectives while minimizing signaling activity on the network and increasing service availability for roaming users. Key functionalities implemented were VoLTE Steering, Rapid Re-Steering, CS/PS Steering, and automation of IR.21/85 database management. Phase 2 concentrated on developing the SMS Welcome platform for both outbound and inbound traffic, featuring unified and improved message template management for on-demand marketing and facilitating subscribers' return to their home network. **Technologies Utilized:** Java, Angular, SS7, DIAMETER, OTA, VoLTE, 5G, SMPP, SFTP, SNMP, Amplitiv Steering of Roaming.
