This phase involves assessing risks and establishing a risk management strategy. - **Execution:** The team puts the project plan into action, completing tasks and generating deliverables while also monitoring progress, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders. - **Monitoring and Controlling:** The team tracks project progress, addresses any changes or problems, identifies deviations from the plan, and takes corrective measures. - **Closing:** This final phase involves completing the project and delivering the end product or service, securing final approvals, conducting a project review, and documenting lessons learned. **Team Composition** How many individuals from the vendor's team collaborated with you, and what were their roles? We engaged a team of six individuals: a project manager, a front-end developer, a back-end developer, an iOS developer, an Android developer, and a graphic designer. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Can you share any quantifiable results from the project or general feedback on the deliverables? A key metric for Janji-ku is user satisfaction, and since SoftProdigy's involvement, we have received no significant complaints from users. Their team had a solid understanding of our target audience and delivered high-quality work.
