CHALLENGE Cooperation efficiency is a crucial trend in the business world. This motivated the software company Softhis to create an internet platform for document authorization and online agreements for its client. RESPONSE Softhis took charge of the functional and technical analysis, conducted a feasibility study, designed the architecture and algorithms, and integrated the platform with a BPM process engine and electronic signature mechanisms. The project also involved developing a web platform and mobile applications for iOS and Android, as well as implementing the system on a secure private cloud. Autenti.com connects businesses and individual users involved in the agreement process. The platform enables users to quickly create and send documents to outside parties while managing document flow within the company. In addition to standard scenarios where agreements are made between different companies, Autenti allows for the customization of specific contracting processes. Each type of document can be linked to various flow controls and information. The platform can handle agreements, declarations of intent, receipts, meeting minutes, and notes. The automation offered by this solution aims to save time and eliminate costs associated with delays from mailing or couriering documents.

SOFTHIS BPM | WORKFLOW FOR BMW VERTRIEBS GMBH

This new software enhances operational capabilities while effectively reducing costs. It streamlines the communication between BMW VERTRIEBS GMBH and its dealerships nationwide. In the initial phase of the project, the team analyzed the business processes and specified the new requirements needed to support BMW VERTRIEBS GMBH's operations. The software was designed and implemented according to the client's specifications. The custom application, called Softhis Workflow, facilitates an optimized and systematic exchange of information between dealerships and the headquarters of BMW VERTRIEBS GMBH. By automating tasks, the system boosts employee morale and decreases turnover rates. Automation also clarifies the communication process, as the computer system efficiently manages repetitive daily tasks with a level of accuracy and productivity that exceeds human capabilities.

The SAF-T Signature and Sending Module developed by Softhis for AVIVA S.A. includes functionality for validating the accuracy of data. What does our offering include? It automates the entire process of collecting and transmitting data to the Tax Office, streamlining and accelerating controls. The use of XML format for SAF-T allows for quick data processing. The system implemented for AVIVA S.A. must be capable of sending a JPK_VAT.xml file to the Ministry of Finance's interfaces and should support signature and sending services. Additionally, it can validate an XML file using the Walidator JPK. Production and implementation of the module will incorporate qualified signature capabilities, utilizing the solution provided by the National Clearing House (KIR). The process for sending files to the Ministry's interfaces will adhere to all required procedures. Once the files are selected for transfer, a task will be created to package, encrypt, and send them to the Ministry. The Walidator JPK will analyze the data contained in SAF-T and generate a report detailing any errors found in the file.
