I had a strong confidence in their team’s capabilities to deliver and their comprehension of our KPIs. We initiated a discovery phase to align on timelines and KPIs, and then we fine-tuned the workload and scope/deliverables based on results. How many team members from the vendor worked with you, and what roles did they have? We typically had two to three points of contact, plus the CEO who oversaw the entire process.
