As a result, a complex interface for a fast food chain can lead to user frustration, prompting them to opt for a competitor instead. Nowadays, making phone calls is seen as a last resort for customer service, so our goal was to position our client at the forefront of consumer preferences. APPROACH Our approach involved a thorough exploration of the company’s history and food strategy. We concentrated on creating a user-friendly experience, highlighting food visuals, minimizing text, and ensuring easy access to locations and images of menu items. This led us to the insight that we could enhance the service by allowing customers to personalize their food orders. SOLUTION Our design is simple and caters to users who will appreciate the straightforwardness in their search for food. The interface keeps customers focused on their cravings and effectively addresses their hunger. After all, we tend to be attracted to food visually before actually tasting it. We empowered users by providing them with a full view of the food options and available locations. Additionally, we successfully utilized social media to engage with customers and handle inquiries. OUTCOME Since the app's launch, food orders have tripled. We take pride in making fast food even more accessible through streamlined ordering and quick access. We are pleased with the results, our client is satisfied, and consumers are certainly feeling less hungry.
