THE ISSUE Hunger often triggers a wide range of responses in individuals, but patience isn't one of them. As a result, a complex interface for a fast food chain can lead to user frustration, prompting them to opt for a competitor instead. Nowadays, making phone calls is seen as a last resort for customer service, so our goal was to position our client at the forefront of consumer preferences. APPROACH Our approach involved a thorough exploration of the company’s history and food strategy. We concentrated on creating a user-friendly experience, highlighting food visuals, minimizing text, and ensuring easy access to locations and images of menu items. This led us to the insight that we could enhance the service by allowing customers to personalize their food orders. SOLUTION Our design is simple and caters to users who will appreciate the straightforwardness in their search for food. The interface keeps customers focused on their cravings and effectively addresses their hunger. After all, we tend to be attracted to food visually before actually tasting it. We empowered users by providing them with a full view of the food options and available locations. Additionally, we successfully utilized social media to engage with customers and handle inquiries. OUTCOME Since the app's launch, food orders have tripled. We take pride in making fast food even more accessible through streamlined ordering and quick access. We are pleased with the results, our client is satisfied, and consumers are certainly feeling less hungry.

THE ISSUE The sales team urgently required a tool that would grant easy access to essential information needed to finalize sales, establish agreements, and spark interest. The existing process was chaotic, inefficient, and cumbersome. THE APPROACH The focus was on identifying issues that our client might not have realized we could address. By examining their needs in detail, we anticipated ways to enhance their performance by developing a tool tailored to their specific requirements. This involved centralizing all sales data and organizing it in an intuitive manner, eliminating the need for extensive training or tutorials. We aimed to make the platform user-friendly so it would be perceived as valuable support rather than a burdensome task, and fortunately, we achieved that. THE OUTCOME We developed an easily accessible, multi-language platform that displays the most current information for the sales team, alongside documents and presentations that maintain brand consistency. Our mobile platform also features corporate news and pertinent information, transforming our product into a tool that not only fulfills necessary functions but also serves as a vital resource by continually assisting our client through various features. THE RESULTS Our tool is now widely adopted across the organization, with a far greater level of usage than our client initially expected. It is gradually becoming an essential asset with numerous internal applications.

**PRODUCT INNOVATION** **THE ISSUE** This client aimed to find an effective solution for managing legal documents, a persistent challenge for legal professionals. Tyto identified a crucial need for a more efficient organization of documents to ensure their protection and to prevent revenue loss due to missed expiration dates or insufficient follow-ups on critical cases. **THE APPROACH** We prioritized simplifying this process by creating a user-friendly interface that allows for secure information storage. Our design incorporates various features enabling the administrator to set alarms, notifications, quick-access links, contact details, updates, and other essential information related to the stored legal documents. The resulting design is straightforward, easy to use, and provides a much-needed relief. **THE SOLUTION** We developed a solution that merges high-security cloud storage with alarm and notification systems, enabling lawyers to send their clients relevant updates regarding any document they are managing. Additionally, they can assign different permission levels to clients and collaborators for document access or modifications, all while maintaining oversight and control as the administrative user. **THE RESULTS** The final product is not only practical but also enjoyable and engaging, featuring a brand design centered around an owl, a mascot that symbolizes wisdom and invites connections to magical realms.
