VIRUSEND™ is a revolutionary spray technology aimed at safeguarding people from the persistent threat of the Coronavirus. Created in collaboration with the British Army, VIRUSEND™ merges military know-how with a scientifically advanced formula to support essential workers, businesses, and the public during this pandemic. This new multi-surface disinfectant spray is the first and only one available to consumers that has been proven to eliminate the human strain of SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus, meeting the BSEN:16777 standard. Slice Design was tasked with developing the brand's identity, packaging, communication strategy, and e-commerce site. Understanding that consumers are apprehensive about touching surfaces and interacting with others while eager to return to a sense of normalcy, we rooted the brand in the idea of “To the rescue!” VIRUSEND™ is presented as the essential ally in the battle against Coronavirus, combining military-grade innovation with advanced 360-degree spray technology. Whatever the challenge, you can rely on VIRUSEND™. The fight against Coronavirus requires specialized knowledge and a trusted background. The design leverages strong military associations to emphasize its effectiveness. Striking chevrons and practical typography underscore next-generation virus elimination, branding it as the 'A-Team' of cleaning sprays! Its unique, tested formula is effective against Coronavirus in just one minute, and it was crucial to ensure this information was easily visible on the packaging. As the world's first and only disinfectant for consumers proven to kill the human strain of SARS-CoV-2, this important distinction is marked with an icon for authoritative recognition. The central communication strategy focuses on partnerships to build trust and confidence with consumers. VIRUSEND™ combines the military expertise of the British Army with Pritchard Spray Technologies to develop this groundbreaking product.

Slice Design was tasked with developing the branding and packaging for a new line of Chocopops. The design aimed to convey the product's premium quality and align with ZAZ’s goal of helping consumers feel in control of their snacking choices without sacrificing flavor. The new Zaz Chocopops are tasty treats made from air-popped corn coated in a healthier caramel, rich Swiss chocolate, and crunchy nut pieces. Emphasizing the theme of ‘King of ingredients,’ the regal design features a striking sash and gold foil for a bold shelf presence. It was essential to highlight that the snack is 100% natural and made with organic components. We chose a lively color scheme and a prominent product image that enhances appetite appeal, complemented by eye-catching icons that emphasize the natural claims and boost shelf visibility. The packaging design was launched in three flavors: Milk Chocolate Hazelnut, Dark Chocolate Almond, and White Chocolate Coconut. Special mix numbers were included on the packs to highlight the “Specially Selected” status, and a bold red sash was prominently placed in the center to reflect ZAZ's noble heritage and ensure standout design. Guilt-free snacking has never been so delightful, any time of day!

Slice was assigned the task of creating branding and packaging design for the Witch skincare line. With Witch introducing four distinct segments to cater to the needs of acne-prone and blemished skin, it was time to update the packaging for this iconic brand. Our objective was to establish a solid framework that could accommodate a diverse array of products and develop eye-catching branding that stands out on shelves, spreading the positive message of embracing individuality, even with skin imperfections. Inspired by the creative theme "Mother Nature’s Best Kept Secret," Slice positioned the brand as skincare experts who blend scientific approaches with nature's finest secrets to address blemish concerns at all stages of skin development. With over 50 years of experience using Witch Hazel as a key ingredient, it was essential for the packaging to highlight its remarkable efficacy and numerous advantages. The final designs were launched across seven products within the range. The recognizable Witch brand colors were retained to maintain customer familiarity, while new segments were introduced on the packaging to facilitate navigation. The designs incorporate new icons to promote sustainability and provide clear usage instructions for effective communication and expert guidance. We chose amorphous circles in the background to evoke a sense of naturalness, skin layers, and protection, reinforcing Witch’s expertise in skincare.
