Fabric Wholesaler E-Commerce Web Development
Initially built on the outdated 3DCart platform, Walfab aimed to fully modernize its website, ensuring it could scale and integrate with QuickBooks and other systems through API connections. A significant portion of the time and budget was allocated to editing and optimizing over 2,000 product images and variations, but the main website was successfully developed within 30 days.
Website features included options for logged-in and non-logged-in visitors, display swatches for product variations, free sample requests, various product printing styles, custom metadata for fabrics, searchable filters, live visual search, and dynamic contact forms that allow document uploads for wholesaler verification, along with customized order emails that also send customer information to HubSpot CRM.
Customer Experience Enhancement: With the customer verification system implemented, Walfab has received highly positive feedback from its customers. Furthermore, thanks to an ongoing maintenance contract, we can continually improve the shopping experience and introduce new functionalities to streamline business operations. In early 2025, we completed integration with Intuit QuickBooks, enabling the seamless transfer of inventory data between both platforms.
