Two-Up Digital Case

Two-Up Digital

Two-Up is an innovative design and development agency specializing in the betting and gaming sector. Their objective was to create and oversee a community-oriented betting app for the 2022-2023 football season. However, the challenge lay in the fact that the app required essential widgets that the agency had never developed before, necessitating the acquisition of new expertise. In a competitive job market where these skills were in high demand, delays in recruitment threatened to jeopardize the entire project as the season's start approached. After struggling with traditional hiring methods, Two-Up recognized the need for a different approach. Robbie reached out to us with a specific request, knowing that we could quickly provide pre-screened specialists and deliver candidates within 48 hours. This enabled him to make fast hires, complete the app in time for launch, and continue leveraging Skipp's support.

Level Up Basket Case

Level Up Basket

The basketball training app Goal Eugene initially launched a minimum viable product (MVP) to assess market fit and gauge user feedback. With data in hand and a plan for growth, he needed to act quickly to elevate the product. However, this required assembling a new team for the business. He didn't have the time to search for candidates, review resumes, and evaluate their skills. He recognized the challenge of finding talent locally and couldn't commit to the responsibilities of permanent hiring. Additionally, he had reservations about managing a remote workforce if he opted for global hires. To address this, Eugene collaborated with our Talent Acquisition Team to outline the requirements for Level Up. They established a team framework with a Project Manager at the helm, formulated detailed job descriptions, defined the ideal candidate profiles, and planned the project timeline. They successfully recruited a remote team, advanced Level Up, and significantly increased user engagement.

Anna Money Case

Anna Money

The accounting and tax application designed for small businesses. Nik Fillipov, the Chief Product Officer, aimed to release an upgraded version of the web app with numerous new features to retain their competitive edge. However, as a rapidly growing company, ANNA fell short in meeting their hiring goals and needed to focus on essential internal hiring. The talent acquisition team was already overwhelmed, making it difficult to search for and evaluate engineers for new roles, which jeopardized their launch schedule. Nik chose Skipp after hearing about their success from colleagues and recognizing their extensive talent pool across 90 skill sets. Confident in Skipp’s ability to fulfill his needs efficiently, Nik quickly brought two high-quality team members on board with minimal time investment. They have continued collaborating with ANNA to enhance the web application.
