CLIRIC Website

CLIRIC

A Digital Experience Befitting CLIRIC CLIRIC elevates private aviation with a distinctive service and careful attention to detail. To embody this spirit online, we've developed an immersive website that encapsulates luxury, personalization, and the exhilaration of limitless flight. Transforming Exclusivity into a Digital Experience Luxury transcends mere aesthetics; it encompasses feelings. Our aim was to reflect CLIRIC’s refined elegance on its website, crafting an experience where each interaction brings to mind the ease and comfort of private air travel. From Service to Digital The design needed to capture both CLIRIC’s visual identity and its core essence. We conducted research, experimented, and sought innovative solutions to make navigation an engaging and intuitive experience, incorporating animations that enhance the narrative of each journey. An Immersive Experience From the very first scroll, users are immersed in the CLIRIC journey. Every detail, movement, and transition is purposefully crafted to stimulate curiosity and convey exclusivity, fostering a unique connection between the visitor and the brand. Innovating While Maintaining Clarity One of our main goals was to delight users without compromising usability. Through testing, we refined the interface to ensure smooth, intuitive interactions on any device, minimizing any navigation hurdles. Confidence in Every Detail The website needed to exude trust and exclusivity from the initial click. The seamless interplay of design, interactivity, and content reinforces the perception of a premium service, providing a flawless digital experience.

Public portal · Publisher portal · Backoffice

BOPA

**Objective BOPA** is the official publication of the Principality of Andorra. Since 2017, SinzerAD has been in charge of analyzing, maintaining, and developing the publishing portal, back office, and public interface. SinzerAD faced the challenge of transitioning three platforms to new technologies while improving usability and process efficiency. **The Challenge**: Users of the public portal reported issues with usability and a subpar search feature. The previous platform was outdated and needed a fresh approach. **Process Flow**: The process commences when a user with a publisher profile uploads a file to the publishing portal. This file must then be validated by back-office administrators, who will approve it and add it to BOPA, where documents from other entities are concurrently validated. **Connecting All the Dots (Design)**: While the public portal's menu structure was retained as it was functional, we revamped the search capabilities and the layout of BOPA to enhance user-friendliness across various devices. **Testing Every Decision**: To validate our design choices, we carried out usability tests with diverse user profiles, ensuring that the solution was intuitive and user-friendly. **Technical Consistency Across the Entire System**: Our platform features a fully cloud-based, serverless architecture that provides exceptional flexibility and scalability. By utilizing advanced technologies, we created an environment where resources are automatically deployed and managed, guaranteeing a seamless user experience. This infrastructure not only boosts performance but also optimizes costs and ensures availability at all times, delivering agile and adaptable solutions for users.

Task manager platform

COMÚ Encamp

**Objective** The main aim of Comú de la Massana was to establish a solution that would improve communication, collaboration, and efficiency across various teams, guaranteeing the completion of all public infrastructure tasks and proper tracking of every action taken. **The Challenge** Previously, tasks within the public infrastructure department were communicated through paper and WhatsApp, while processing and planning were done using Excel, leading to inefficiencies in task tracking. We encountered several obstacles: Digitizing a multi-phase process, comprehending the workflows of all operational processes, designing an intuitive and easy-to-navigate interface for users of all levels, and defining the User Experience. To launch the project, we took a moment to formulate the most effective strategy. The initial step involved creating a navigation map to gain an overview of the platform. Our attention was directed towards the main administrator profile, which would feature the most functionalities. We also diagrammed the incident process flow to grasp the entire journey from initiation to resolution. **Technical Solution** Utilizing TypeScript with React for front-end development offered several benefits: static typing for improved error detection and code stability, enhanced maintainability, and increased team productivity through reusable React components that optimize development without sacrificing user experience. For the back-end, we implemented: SQL Server, ensuring strong data management, integrity, and security; and C# with .NET Core, a flexible and scalable framework for creating high-performance APIs. **Cloud-Based Infrastructure** We selected Azure as a dependable and scalable option for file storage and web application deployment. By utilizing Azure File Storage, we guaranteed secure and efficient data management, quick and easy access from anywhere in the world, along with redundancy and auto-scaling features for contemporary business applications.
