Founded in 2006 by Eric and Sarah Peterson, Simple Communications began as Peterson Computer Consulting, arising from Eric's experience as an IT technician and his desire to enhance service quality for small businesses. Recognizing the need for more attentive and comprehensive IT support, they aimed to deliver prompt, high-quality solutions that addressed broader business needs rather than just immediate issues. Later, Simple Communications was launched to offer VoIP phone services tailored to small businesses. In 2017, both ventures merged under the Simple Communications name, and over two decades, the company has expanded its team, steadfastly committed to delivering exceptional service to small and medium-sized enterprises.
