Flo-AddÉnergie - Electric Vehicle Charging App

Flo-AddÉnergie

**Challenge** Without a modern native mobile application, Flo and its customers faced significant difficulties when interacting with the system. Customers had to rely on cash-loaded cards, which made managing them and their credits cumbersome. Additionally, the process for registering new customers, whether for public terminals or home charging stations, was complicated and overly manual. The existing tools were starting to reach their limits and were no longer sufficient to accommodate the evolving needs of electric vehicle owners and the expanding business. **Solution** We opted to create a brand-new native application for both iOS and Android platforms. Through collaborative workshops, we developed an efficient tool that meets the objectives of both users and the company. We completely redesigned the user journey to align with the new demands of users, aiming for a straightforward and user-friendly experience. Our development team worked closely alongside the client’s team, which was simultaneously working on the backend.

Metro Newspaper - Montreal News in a Mobile App

Metro Media

Problem: The Metro Newspaper, part of Metro Media, is the leading Montreal publication with the largest team of journalists dedicated to covering local news. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, the newspaper was primarily printed and distributed through public transportation in Montreal. However, due to environmental concerns and the challenges posed by the crisis, this distribution method became unsustainable, necessitating a reinvention and digital transformation for the publication. Solution: Sidekick partnered with the client to develop native mobile applications for iOS and Android, enabling readers to access local news directly from their smartphones and receive alerts. The app connects seamlessly to the Metro Newspaper's WordPress site and formats articles for native presentation, incorporating features like social media integration.

ABB - Bluetooth Mesh Device Manager

ABB

Property owners and managers cannot risk uncertainty regarding the safety of their buildings, particularly when it involves ensuring that emergency lighting fixtures are functioning properly to guide people to safety during an evacuation. The Nexus®Pro system allows you to focus on what truly matters: enabling your intelligent emergency lighting system to self-manage, which minimizes monitoring and testing durations. This will swiftly lower maintenance costs and allow you to address issues promptly, directly from your smart device.
