Shopsys is the leading provider of technical development services for online shops in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, managing over 450 ecommerce websites. In 2016, we initiated the creation of an international ecommerce platform designed to better serve medium and large customers with high order volumes. We quickly realized that there was a shortage of such software in the market, prompting us to develop the Shopsys Framework based on Symfony and release it as an open source solution. In addition to offering Shopsys Framework for in-house and dedicated development teams, we also utilize it internally to build custom online stores with annual turnovers reaching up to tens of millions of Euros.
