Shipfusion was established by a group of experienced professionals in eCommerce and logistics who believe that retailers should have the same level of trust in their fulfillment partners as they do in their internal teams. From the outset, we decided against using third-party warehouses, instead concentrating on a limited number of key locations managed entirely by Shipfusion staff. This approach, combined with our extensive industry expertise, allows us to offer clients unparalleled support and confidence as they develop a more efficient and scalable fulfillment system. Strategically Located Warehouses Our primary facility, spanning 380,000 square feet and temperature-controlled, is situated in Chicago, IL. This location was chosen strategically to facilitate direct package injections into our carrier networks, often reducing transit times by an entire day. Additionally, we have warehouses in Los Angeles and Toronto, enabling our customers to efficiently serve a large portion of the most populous regions in the U.S. while optimizing shipping costs and minimizing fulfillment times. We also plan to open three new Shipfusion warehouses in New Jersey, Atlanta, and Dallas in the near future.
