Simplifying 401K Options for Small Business

Unknown

Our client sought our expertise to create a solution designed for two distinct groups: small business owners and their financial advisors. They had high expectations for a groundbreaking user experience that would provide a seamless journey from beginning to end, recognizing that user experience (UX) was vital to the product's success or failure. With this in mind, we developed the prospect and customer experience from scratch, focusing on simplicity in every detail. We aimed to deliver a clean, modern solution with user-friendly features that aligned with the client’s human-centered brand philosophy. The application was developed using React and Ruby on Rails and included integration with various APIs and a third-party service to enhance customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities. Our team also produced a Google Data Studio reporting tool, enabling Principal to easily monitor all relevant metrics. Furthermore, we involved multiple user groups to test the website and provide feedback to refine the content effectively. Transforming Wellness for the Digital Age

Navigate Wellbeing

Over the past 15 years, there has been a notable change in customer preferences within the health and wellness sector. Previously, solutions for organizational or community wellbeing tended to focus on physical locations and paper tracking. Nowadays, individuals prioritize on-demand access to health and wellness resources, while still valuing a degree of group accountability. Shift utilized advanced software development techniques that enabled the team to build efficiently. By implementing a comprehensive software development lifecycle, test-driven development, lean data architecture, and modern tools, Shift created an application that is not only fast but also scalable. This provided Navigate with the potential for limitless growth. Furthermore, the team aimed to ensure high levels of security and user privacy while delivering a compelling user experience. Customer Equipment Registration & Engagement

Yanmar

Challenge: Yanmar sought a digital solution to improve sales, marketing, and operational efficiency for its distributors and dealers. They collaborated with Shift to outline the requirements for a new mobile app designed for customer engagement. Approach: Shift partnered with Yanmar's global and national teams to develop a user-friendly and dynamic app that serves as a central hub for Yanmar customers. Solution: The app, built using React Native with a Salesforce backend, facilitates equipment registration, dealer location services, and customer interaction. Shift teamed up with Spinutech and Traction on Demand to ensure smooth integration, single sign-on (SSO), adherence to ADA standards, and consistent branding. Outcome: Launched in October 2022, the app continues to be enhanced with features such as QR code-based equipment registration, field service capabilities, and dealer services.
