Document Archiving System

Unknown

As large road projects are underway, the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) must maintain archived project documents and incoming correspondence for record-keeping purposes. This task is carried out in collaboration with the Contract Engineer, who assists GDDKiA in this area. The system is designed to fulfill GDDKiA's requirements for information storage organization and allows for efficient archiving of data onto digital media once the project is completed. Based on user requests, the system has been enhanced with features that streamline the archiving and proper cataloging of a significant number of files, as well as facilitate communication among those handling these files.

Contract Management Tool

Unknown

Due to remote work arrangements and frequent travel, the sales team needed a tool to manage all sales opportunities and convert them into contracts. Each contract follows a specific process that involves input from various departments to provide the necessary information. This system allows the company to have complete visibility into the current stage of contract negotiations and their progress. Furthermore, the tool notifies each stakeholder if anything has been overlooked or is missing in the internal workflow.

West Pomeranian Development Fund

Unknown

We developed a system designed to be contemporary, efficient, and quick to use, aimed at providing tools for reporting on the progress of financial products supported by the Jeremie Fund. The system's primary function is to generate reports on various aspects, including progress, costs, debt recovery, and other financial metrics associated with the implementation of agreements by Financial Intermediaries. These reports are collectively reviewed by the supervising institution before being submitted to the Marshal. The system allows users to track how the allocated EU funds have been used and for what purposes.
