TrueID Thailand aimed to enhance the capabilities of their video-on-demand service for Indonesia and the Philippines while also expanding their platform to Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar. They sought a vendor capable of supplying UX/UI designers to support their design team on an ongoing basis. Our approach involved hosting stakeholder workshops and conducting research before creating a user-friendly mobile interface that improved the overall user experience of TrueID’s application. We then collaborated closely with their developers to ensure our designs were accurately executed. Outcomes included: - Over 1,000 new screens designed and enhanced for the international mobile web app - A comprehensive design system that accelerated the creative processes of TrueID’s development teams - Support for four languages, including English, Khmer, Burmese, and Vietnamese Our redesign process for TrueID’s international streaming service app began with a thorough understanding of the company's branding and style guidelines, ensuring that our design choices aligned with their brand identity. With this information, we conducted stakeholder workshops, followed by research and analysis, leading to tailored solutions for each key area. During the development stage, we collaborated closely with developers, adapting to their Scrum methodologies and offering support during automation and QA testing to guarantee the accurate implementation of our designs. J.P. Morgan recognized that their website for derivative warrant (DW) traders was overly complicated and difficult to navigate. Consequently, users found it challenging to accomplish tasks or were not fully aware of the company’s offerings, which may have led some to switch to competitors. To address these issues, we identified the needs of both novice and experienced DW traders through research and usability testing of prototypes. After gathering feedback, we refined the designs and simplified the workflows for task completion. Ultimately, our team developed a top-notch website for traders of all experience levels, thanks to the insights from our research participants. **Results** - **Usability metrics established:** Created criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of designs for all users. - **User flows optimized:** Simplifying the interface and user pathways enhanced the user experience. - **Prototypes tested with users:** Developed and assessed several prototypes to ensure successful launch. **Our Process** Identifying user needs → Usability testing → Gathering feedback → Design refinement During the research phase, we aimed to understand what DW traders sought from the J.P. Morgan DW trading platform, how they navigated it, their experiences, and their skill levels. Given the specialized nature of DW trading, the Seven Peaks research team involved traders of varying expertise, from retail to institutional. We selected five participants to provide insights into how different users interacted with the website. Our workflow included determining user needs through research, conducting usability tests with DW traders using prototypes, collecting and analyzing feedback, and refining designs based on this information.

THE VIRIYAH INSURANCE MOBILE APPLICATION

Viriyah Insurance, a prominent provider of non-life insurance in Thailand, transitioned most of its services to mobile platforms, with the exception of its car insurance offerings, which continued to depend on a desktop website. This limited sales agents to office workstations, hindering their ability to effectively engage with customers on the move. To address this, Viriyah Insurance introduced a new mobile app designed to enhance support for both in-house and third-party insurance agents, ultimately improving customer experience. Seven Peaks assisted in this initiative by handling product development and design exploration for the new car insurance mobile app. To expand Viriyah Insurance's reach in the car insurance market, we created a native mobile app for Android and iOS. The app includes functionalities that enable sales agents to provide accurate and current car insurance quotes while also allowing users to submit additional information directly through the app. **Outcomes:** - Increased sales of insurance products - Improved accuracy of estimates and quotations - Higher customer satisfaction among car insurance clients **Our Approach:** - Solutions architecture - Software architecture - Native application development - Back-end development Before commencing mobile app development, we carried out an extensive product design discovery process and established a solutions architecture and software framework to meet the needs of one of the country's leading insurance providers.
