STAY WEAR (also known as STAY) is a lifestyle brand dedicated to transforming how individuals perceive themselves and others. They contribute to various causes, including anti-bullying and suicide prevention initiatives, by donating 10% of their profits to charity. When STAY engaged with Set Fire Creative, they were seeking assistance in managing their social media advertisements on Facebook and Instagram. Although social media was STAY's primary source of revenue, they struggled to maintain a return on ad spend (ROAS) above 1X for extended periods. Their previous campaigns had achieved returns of up to 150% but only briefly. Our team analyzed their past efforts for new strategies to achieve a consistent 200% return month after month. We began experimenting with local audiences to emphasize STAY's positive impact on the community. This approach helped cultivate a loyal local following and provided valuable insights into STAY's target audience, making it easier to reach the right people as we expanded to broader regions. A key strategy that significantly improved STAY's ad performance was implementing a retargeting campaign aimed at users who visited their website but did not make a purchase. This campaign enabled us to reach our desired ROAS by the third month of our advertising efforts. Despite the initial two months spent testing various audiences and ads, we still achieved a positive ROAS. By the third month, we gained momentum and developed a clearer understanding of effective audiences and messaging. We began to increase our advertising budget in the third and fourth months, resulting in an impressive 327% ROAS in the fourth month. Our advertising efforts continued to yield excellent returns for STAY, allowing them to hire a new employee to manage their advertising internally.

Twenty years ago, when all baseballs were solely white, Emily Wolfson painted an American Flag on a baseball purchased from a toy store for her husband, and that's how Unforgettaballs came to be. Over the years, the company has developed hundreds of designs featuring both vintage and modern ballparks, urban landscapes, and family memories for a variety of baseball collectors. When Unforgettaballs approached Set Fire Creative, they had one primary question: how can we boost sales on our website through digital marketing? They had previously partnered with other agencies but felt that the outcomes were unsatisfactory and communication was poor. Determined to give digital marketing another shot, Unforgettaballs turned to Set Fire Creative for the results they had been seeking. Prior to launching Unforgettaballs’ Facebook Ad campaign, our team of paid marketing specialists spent extensive time analyzing the target audience and competing brands. Once the research was complete, our ads team focused on crafting the ideal ads that would appeal to the target demographic and encourage clicks. The first month of any Facebook ad campaign typically focuses on gathering data and testing ads. However, in the case of Unforgettaballs, we achieved our goal of a 400% Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) right from the outset and were able to raise the monthly ad budget by 35% starting in the second month. From then on, our aim was to sustain the ROAS while gradually increasing the budget each month. Generally, when ad spending increases, ROAS tends to decline. Although the third month recorded a 453% ROAS compared to the first month’s 497%, the client still realized higher profits due to the increase in ad spending each month. By the sixth month, we achieved a 686% ROAS.
