Eric Lee, founder of SEOD, brings over sixteen years of experience managing operations in restaurants, retail, distribution, and nonprofits. He has overseen more than $54 million in annual P&L across notable brands like BCD Tofu House, Gen Korean Barbecue, and Sake2Me Sushi in San Francisco, San Mateo, and Los Angeles. Starting as a dishwasher at sixteen, Eric advanced to multi-unit general manager by twenty-five and later directed operations for multiple restaurant brands while developing distribution systems. Fluent in English, Korean, and Spanish, he has effectively led diverse kitchen teams and streamlined complex back-of-house processes.
