**Challenges:** Creating an environment conducive to innovation. EDGEof, Inc., a Tokyo-based organization that promotes collaboration among innovators and entrepreneurs through a brainstorming “clubhouse,” needed a quick and dependable network to support its startup incubator activities. Due to the startup environment, members of the EDGEof community required a particularly secure network to safeguard sensitive information while facilitating active collaboration. **Solutions:** Establishing a swift, secure wireless network. We designed a wireless network capable of supporting up to 200 devices for the event space on the second floor of their 8-story clubhouse in Tokyo’s Shibuya district. By avoiding the usual high expenses associated with high-density wireless networks, we provided a fast and secure solution that enables a strong work environment with effective management controls across all eight floors of the building. **Highlights:** Ensuring data security while enabling accessibility. Our solution protects user data by allowing complete network access without the risks associated with a common shared password. Members access the same network through the guest manager’s self-service kiosk, which issues unique PPSK wireless keys for each user. In summary, we achieved outstanding cost efficiency for a dynamic and rapidly evolving startup setting.
