When McAtee Psychology approached us, they recognized the need for a revamped brand to showcase their welcoming nature and practice approach while ensuring consistency in every aspect. For instance, their website utilized various fonts more suitable for a law firm, which did not convey the warmth and environment they intended. McAtee aimed to attract families, children, teens, and adults, emphasizing trust and approachability. Their team wanted a brand and reputation that would draw in their ideal clients. We addressed this challenge by creating a comprehensive brand framework that included their mission, brand story, target audience, core values, and benefits. We assessed competitor brands and assisted them in refining a concept that aligned with the nurturing and growth-oriented atmosphere of their clinic. Their desire for a plant-based symbol to signify growth resulted in a final logo inspired by the Monstera plant, which perfectly reflects both their physical office and their approach. This carefully crafted design incorporates personal symbolism for the owner, including elements of water, air, earth, and fire. The outcome? A brand that genuinely embodies their identity and fosters trust with clients throughout their journey.

After serving as the Vice President of Client Services in the private equity sector, she shifted her focus to providing coaching and training programs for leaders in rapidly growing startups and established companies like Twitch, UBS, Google, Dropbox, Lionsgate, Asana, Stitch Fix, Sequoia Capital, and many more. With her achievements at her eponymous company, she aimed to create an identity that extended beyond her name.
