Founded in 1971 by Carol Ann Schneider in Grafton, Wisconsin, SEEK Careers began as a family-inspired staffing business serving Ozaukee County's temporary employment needs. Over time, the company grew, incorporating in 1975 and expanding its office locations before settling on Opportunity Drive in 1997. Carol led the company passionately for over 50 years until her passing in 2025, after which her son, Joel Schneider, took over as CEO, continuing the family legacy. Today, SEEK maintains offices across Wisconsin and Minnesota, delivering staffing solutions to diverse clients. The company is driven by core values of integrity, passion, and exceptional customer service, actively engaging in community partnerships and earning numerous awards recognizing its business and civic contributions.
