Still run by the founding family, New Yorker Bagels was established 50 years ago when two immigrants pursued the American Dream by opening The Bagel Buffet on Sixth Avenue. Today, New Yorker Bagels has grown to become the largest producer of fresh bagels in the world. If you've ever had a bagel in New York City, it's likely been a New Yorker bagel. Now, these bagels can be ordered with overnight shipping across the contiguous United States! When New Yorker Bagels teamed up with SeedX, they were just starting to enhance their direct-to-consumer sales through their website. Our objectives included: 1. Streamlining sales and marketing efforts to ensure consistency across various platforms, 2. Determining the costs associated with engaging and converting customers on different channels, 3. Creating content that draws in new customers while nurturing existing ones, and 4. Attracting and converting new wholesale clients. To kick off our partnership with New Yorker Bagels, we revamped their website's homepage to maximize conversion rates by highlighting the company’s rich history and the quality of their bagels. Following this, we produced content aimed at engaging bagel enthusiasts in New York and beyond through social media, email marketing, and advertising. Our goal was to enable scalable growth through paid advertising, while enhancing their email marketing strategy to boost revenue and improving social media content for better engagement. Since we began collaborating, New Yorker Bagels has experienced an 86% rise in online bagel orders. They have also enjoyed rapid growth in wholesale accounts outside the tri-state area, covering various regions across the U.S. Additionally, their performance in email marketing and social media has significantly improved.

Bees and Trees Re-brand and D2C Scaling

When we initially connected with the Bees & Trees team, they relied heavily on retail sales and had a limited online customer base. Their website was outdated and they lacked a digital marketing strategy, prompting them to enlist our help to enhance their online presence and boost their revenue. Our objective was to develop an informative direct-to-consumer brand that reflected the creativity, values, and unique process behind their exceptional honey. Our goals consisted of: 1. Revamping their website to better highlight their products and expertise 2. Establishing customer acquisition channels through media buying and SEO 3. Fostering community and customer loyalty with email marketing, blog content, and organic social media. The first phase of transforming Bees & Trees’s online business involved creating a modern, educational, and user-friendly website tailored to consumers. After developing a website that could effectively engage and convert potential and existing customers, we focused on building customer acquisition channels through Facebook ads and SEO tactics. Lastly, we rolled out social media strategies, blog content, and email marketing to enhance customer engagement and retention. Since launching the website and our marketing initiatives, Bees & Trees has experienced a consistent rise in new customer engagement, repeat purchases, and website traffic. The website’s conversion rate grew from 1.2% to 4%, the average order value rose from $39.65 to $80, and the company saw over 300% growth in two years.
