Second Talent was established after our previous company encountered the challenges of assembling a dependable engineering team throughout Asia. Our goal was not to outsource work but to find exceptional engineers. However, the available platforms were not suitable for our needs, prompting us to create our own. We manage sourcing, vetting, matching, and ongoing support, allowing engineers to concentrate on their work and companies to focus on their development.
