Second Talent was established after our previous company encountered the challenges of assembling a dependable engineering team throughout Asia. Our goal was not to outsource work but to find exceptional engineers. However, the available platforms were not suitable for our needs, prompting us to create our own. Today, Second Talent links over 200 companies worldwide with engineering talent from nine Asian countries: Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, and Thailand. We have successfully placed more than 10,000 engineers in product teams across fields such as AI, SaaS, fintech, and e-commerce, where speed and adherence to quality and compliance are essential. We manage sourcing, vetting, matching, and ongoing support, allowing engineers to concentrate on their work and companies to focus on their development.
