About the Team
OUR STORY
In 2015, co-founders Ben Lilienthal and Eugene Abovsky identified a common challenge enterprises faced: delivering smooth remote support often involved cumbersome multi-step processes and disparate tools like TeamViewer or Bomgar, leading to inefficiencies and frustrated agents. Recognizing this fragmented experience, they envisioned a solution that integrated remote support directly into the platforms businesses already rely on, such as ServiceNow and Salesforce. This innovative approach birthed ScreenMeet, a platform-native remote support system designed to eliminate context switching and enhance security. By 2018, ScreenMeet secured its first Fortune 30 client, supporting 10,000 agents worldwide. The solution resonated strongly with ServiceNow, which adopted ScreenMeet as its preferred remote support tool, and both ServiceNow and Salesforce later became investors, validating the company's vision and approach.
