ABOUT SCALEO

scale smarter

Scaleo is a creative technology agency based in Tangier, Morocco, operating globally throughout the EU, MENA, and beyond. We specialize in brand design, website creation, and the development of AI systems for ambitious entrepreneurs and business leaders. What sets us apart is that every project is handled by the senior team that secured it—there are no junior staff members and no handoffs after the contract is signed. The strategist who presents the proposal is the same individual who executes the project. Our offerings encompass eight interconnected areas: Strategy and Branding, Website Development, SaaS Solutions, ERP Systems, AI Integration, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and SEO and Analytics. We cater to various sectors, including food and beverage, industry, tourism, e-commerce, wellness, and real estate. Scaleo was founded by Naji Moumou, who has over eight years of experience and has successfully delivered more than 50 brands and platforms.

About the Team

OUR STORY

Our Journey Scaleo was founded to fill a gap in Tangier and Morocco for an agency that functions like top European studios, with experienced professionals handling important tasks, without involving junior staff on junior accounts, and without transferring responsibilities after the initial agreement. We create brands, develop platforms, and deliver AI systems for ambitious clients around the globe. Our work embodies a blend of craftsmanship and engineering. We choose projects that we would be proud to showcase in five years, offer fair pricing, and complete them with the same team that secured the contracts.

Brand Identity & Digital System - CNC Manufacturer

Tiggite Machine

Tiggite Machine produces CNC wood-cutting equipment. While their engineering was competitive, their branding fell short, resembling that of a local workshop rather than a precision manufacturer. Additionally, they lacked an online presence to attract distributors and industrial buyers throughout Morocco and North Africa. We created a complete branding and digital system that showcased the quality of their machines at every buyer interaction. This included developing a brand identity and logo, detailed brand guidelines, marketing materials, a new website, a visual identity for social media, and a digital strategy. The color scheme of safety orange and industrial charcoal reflects both the operational setting of the machines and the dependability that buyers seek. The website played a crucial role in this transformation, evolving from no online presence to a fully optimized digital storefront that appears in distributor searches and effectively converts interest into qualified leads. Within the first quarter after launch, lead volume significantly increased, and the brand guidelines now extend across an expanding distributor network independently. The quality of the machines became the focal point, proving the engineering excellence instead of merely being an accompanying marketing message.

E-Commerce Website - Leading Morocco Fashion Brand

Arwa

Arwa is among Morocco’s most prominent and esteemed fashion e-commerce brands, focusing on modest women's apparel. They partnered with Scaleo to revamp their online shop, which serves as the foundation of their business. We created a brand-new e-commerce website from scratch. The design features a soothing palette of soft pink and mauve, promoting a calm interface that highlights the products, complemented by ample spacing and tidy layouts on every page. The site is fully Arabic, designed for right-to-left reading, and optimized for the browsing habits of Moroccan customers, prioritizing mobile usability and quick loading times. We organized the entire shopping experience, including the homepage, collection pages, product detail layouts, search, and filtering, to ensure clarity and ease of navigation. Additionally, we constructed the site with SEO best practices in mind, featuring a clean structure and fast performance, along with product pages tailored to rank well in Moroccan search engines. The outcome is a premier online store that reflects Arwa's market reputation—a thoughtfully designed platform that is ready to grow alongside the brand.

Social Media & Content System for Logistics Brand

Stilam

Stilam is an e-commerce logistics and delivery service based in Casablanca, Morocco. They required a strong social media presence to foster trust, especially in an industry where customers entrust their packages highly. Scaleo was tasked with managing Stilam's social media strategy, content creation, and ongoing oversight. The aim was to establish a consistent and recognizable brand voice that conveyed reliability, local connection, and approachability. We developed a content strategy centered on Stilam's essential promise: delivering trust to every household in Morocco. The visual elements featured a striking palette of purple and red, complemented by Darija-language messaging that resonates intimately with the Moroccan audience—warm, straightforward, and confident rather than corporate. Our initiatives included social media strategy, a replicable content framework, post and campaign design, and comprehensive channel management on Instagram and Facebook. Each post was designed to fulfill one of three objectives: to build trust, clarify the service, or showcase the brand in action, avoiding unnecessary content. The outcome is a social media presence that embodies a brand customers can depend on—consistent, professional, and distinctly Stilam in every post. The content strategy we established provides Stilam with a clear and repeatable method to maintain coherence as they expand.
