Sapiens emerged as a strong contender, providing effective collaboration at a competitive price while benefiting from the same time zone. The Outcome: Since 2010, Sapiens has been a trusted partner for nearshore software development for Method Factory. **Key Objectives:** We aim to be a reliable partner dedicated to their business while offering high-quality resources. Our goal is to identify and access elite talent pools that are typically hard to reach in the US, and to establish a team in under a year. We plan to work alongside a nearshore IT partner to ensure smooth integration with the current US team. **Approach:** Given the rapid growth of KOPIS, we looked for a partner that could provide quick and efficient recruitment services. Leveraging our vast talent pool across Latin America, we granted KOPIS unmatched access to skilled professionals. Our specialized recruiting team tailored the recruitment process to effectively identify and select the best developers for KOPIS's requirements. **Results:** - Our collaboration with KOPIS has proven synergistic, adding substantial value to their initiatives. Each project has created ample opportunities for integrating our services, consistently surpassing expectations. - Within just six months, we scaled the software development team from zero to five talented professionals, including mid and senior-level developers. - We successfully filled all requested positions with the first candidates we presented, achieving a 100% success rate. Our partnership has flourished, making a meaningful impact on their client base. **Conclusion:** Our dedication to excellence and the involvement of senior resources have transformed how we deliver value to our clients. As a highly effective team, we've consistently surpassed expectations, resulting in concrete outcomes. Together, we are crafting a success story that reflects in the impressive results we achieve, making a significant impact in every project we undertake.
