Bajwa's Handwerksbäckerei Branding
Bajwa's Handwerksbäckerei
Bajwa's Handwerksbäckerei started as a mere concept without even a name. What followed was a deeply immersive process in brand development that we had never experienced before. We collaborated closely with the founder from the outset, jointly creating the brand name, strategic positioning, and the complete visual and verbal identity. This encompassed the logo, color scheme, typography, copy, tone of voice, and brand guidelines. Our role extended well beyond just delivering assets. As a key creative partner and brand visionary, we helped define the very essence of the business—its mindset, communication style, and public presence. The brand had to embody two distinct worlds: the traditional German baking craftsmanship suggested by the term Handwerk, and the personal touch of its Pakistani founder within Berlin's competitive culinary landscape. We skillfully balanced this duality, transforming it into the brand's strongest attribute. From there, we rolled out the identity across all platforms—social media, packaging, brand photography, and a comprehensive website. We even engaged directly with the community in Berlin, distributing flyers and embedding ourselves in the environments where the brand could thrive. This level of hands-on commitment is uncommon for branding agencies and illustrates the seriousness with which we approach the brands we create. Within just three years of its launch, Bajwa's opened a second location in Berlin and became a well-known name in the city's food scene. That level of growth is the only measure that truly matters to us.
