Saarthi is a Deep Tech company focused on eliminating the language barrier on the internet. We enable businesses to connect with users in their preferred language across all digital channels and IVR through our native language Conversational AI platform. Currently, there is no comprehensive solution to manage the entire user journey for Non-English speakers in their native languages. We address this in 22 Non-English languages across all digital platforms and IVR, using our Conversational AI platform without relying on translation. Our bots also gather over 20 cognitive signals for a more complete understanding, improved responses, and conversational analytics. We are now developing a low-code platform that will enable enterprise users to create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in just one day, without needing expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Our solution offers a quick, reliable, and advanced method for businesses to automate 80% of customer interactions and expand their reach to billions of users who speak vernacular languages.
