Their online services had been active for five years and needed a refresh. Besides the urgent requirement for a visual revamp, their former system operated on an outdated platform, which prevented them from fully utilizing the features offered by their global infrastructure managed from their Paris headquarters. Furthermore, they lacked control over the content available on their mobile applications. After an initial assessment, we opted to use Drupal to create a headless platform, with Drupal functioning as the data hub (collecting the EPGs through REST APIs from their international network) and developing a web app with Angular, along with two mobile apps using Angular within the Ionic framework. This arrangement enables them to have complete control over the content they share on all platforms and to highlight specific shows for their expanding user base. So far, the feedback has been very positive, and sales figures have been consistently rising across the region.

The goals were clearly defined from the outset. The aim was to transform their public website and member portal into a unified platform that integrates with their CRM and LMS systems, while delivering an exceptional user experience and a distinctive user interface. The outcome was an award-winning platform that pleased both internal and external stakeholders, significantly improved the user experience for members, attracted new members, and streamlined internal operations—all within a single platform. Users no longer have to log into multiple systems to check their course statuses, purchase event tickets, buy memberships, or update their profiles. Most importantly, all records are stored or accessed from their single source of truth, SalesForce. Therefore, whether a member's information is updated online or offline, all records remain consistent and accurate.

The outcome is a contemporary and user-friendly website designed for staff, students, and prospective students.
