To address these issues, Rubico created a tailored Magento eCommerce platform that enhances performance, search capabilities, and user personalization. E-hallpass

Eduspire Solutions collaborated with Rubico to create a digital hall pass system aimed at enhancing student safety and improving school efficiency. Traditional paper hall passes were no longer effective, difficult to monitor, and raised security issues. Eduspire aimed to create a modern, scalable, and user-friendly solution to optimize hall pass management while boosting student accountability. Rubico developed a comprehensive mobile and web platform, facilitating real-time tracking of passes, seamless integration with Student Information Systems, and a scalable infrastructure for quick adoption. The eHallpass system rapidly attracted over 1 million users, revolutionizing the way schools oversee student movement. Its success culminated in its acquisition by Securly, broadening its reach to over 5,000 schools, more than 2,500 districts, and impacting 4 million educators and students across the country.
