Tidze - The all-in-one ticketing and live streaming platform

The client, tidze, is a live streaming platform developed with support from InnovateUK. It enables creators, performers, musicians, and educators to securely monetize their unique experiences and earn an income. The challenge we faced was showing users the advantages of transitioning to tidze over established platforms like Zoom and Facebook Live, along with building brand trust and recognition. We focused on developing the tidze brand, creating an intuitive live streaming interface, and designing user dashboards and a website to highlight key features. The user-friendly dashboard accommodates various users with different levels of digital skills to easily create, manage, and run their live streams. Our goal was to prioritize simplicity and innovation to ensure that managing live streams is straightforward and accessible for everyone. The live streaming page's user interface was our top priority. By utilizing slide-out drawers effectively, we addressed the challenge of designing a feature-rich and responsive page that included participant profiles, a live chat option, and streamer bios, all while keeping the focus on the live streams. For customer onboarding, we adopted a systematic approach to crafting the experience. We aimed to generate excitement among performers, musicians, and entertainers while ensuring that signing up for a tidze account was straightforward. The front-end website we created fosters trust by clearly explaining core features, presenting testimonials, and outlining pricing and FAQs in an effective manner. The signup process is designed to be engaging, intuitive, and seamless, making it very easy for users to register and start live streaming. Results: We completed the project within budget and in three months, meeting the deadline set by the Innovate UK funding initiative.

Riverlane | WordPress Design and Development

The task was to create a new website aimed at enhancing brand recognition, providing a superior user experience, narrating Riverlane's story, and showcasing the commercial benefits of their research. This understanding allowed us to design user journeys and wireframes that deliver an exceptional user experience. Objectives: The primary goals for the website were to attract new team members and entice investors. Our in-depth research on the requirements of venture capitalists guided us in crafting content and a structure that would resonate with them. Additionally, we developed an engaging "working here" page to support team expansion, highlighting the advantages of working at Riverlane, along with the company’s values, culture, and interview process. CMS: The powerful WordPress content management system enables Riverlane to independently update and manage the live site, allowing for quick and aesthetically pleasing responses to consumer needs. Rubber Cheese embraced an exciting opportunity to create a website aimed at encouraging individuals from diverse backgrounds to engage with their local landscapes and discover the National Parks nearby. The site highlights the Parks’ stunning scenery and the wide range of activities available, promoting outdoor engagement for everyone. With varying user needs, we identified three primary user journeys to concentrate on and established a content hierarchy for each. Subsequently, we designed three key page templates for universal application, featuring dynamic filtering that enables users to navigate their experience without depending solely on the navigation menu. The dynamic filtering on listing pages allows users to precisely locate activities that interest them. Additionally, we incorporated sections within the templates to effectively showcase specific content or events, guiding visitors to particular activities or blogs. A design system was developed using a collection of predefined blocks that can be combined to shape page layouts. The advanced custom fields plugin for WordPress facilitated this modular approach. This setup benefits National Parks by allowing them to create tailored page structures, providing them with maximum design flexibility. The robust WordPress content management system handles three essential functions: storing, editing, and publishing content.
