This involved: a Figma UX design for the front-end experience, and a React/Next.JS/Tailwind/Node.JS decoupled front-end application that integrates with our e-commerce system provider, Lightspeed Retail. We achieved a fully functional e-commerce website that enables customers to purchase our products, which met our MVP goals, all delivered by Roxers. Describe their project management. The team was efficient in delivering our planned tasks. We worked in weekly sprints and held regular SCRUM meetings as required (2-3 times per week).
